Drastic Change of Plans Due to Weather

All,

Tonight we will not require any temps due to a drastic change in weather and plans. Also I have not received any sheets for the last 3 days. I am very thankful for all the help you sent to us this week. All of the temps have been very hard working and followed direction well. I have additional needs for next week starting Wednesday and I can send those over to you whenever you are ready.

Again, I want to thank you from all of us here at our facility. Your staffing help has been absolutely amazing.

Yes, everyone showed up last night including the backup Darrin.  So we had 3 guys instead of 2.  I haven’t had a chance to speak with Kit this morning, but from our conversation last night, they all worked out good.

Brooke, Marvel has Anthony’s contact info and will already know what time to be ready for pick up and where to be tomorrow morning.  Although the shift starts at 6:00, Anthony is responsible for coming in early and getting the building opened up, etc.  This means that Marvel’s shift start time every day will be earlier than 6:00 … more like 5:20 or 5:30.

Anthony knows the rules and will be very good about contacting the Center if HVAC needs to stay after shift close.

Dear Apprentice Personnel,

I wanted to share with you some of the feedback from our shows. In September we had the Jr. Livestock show and Hugh Nicks the show promoter said it was the best it’s ever been. Concession employees were the friendliest he has seen in this line of work. Jill and the Machinist Union was extremely happy with the crew for the catering (Aileen and I) and the concession department.

Lastly, the Christian Rodeo we just had this past weekend was again a wonderful success. I had switched Alexis and Alieen H. to a different stand to help run the Flea Market as it was a double event weekend, the customers from the Rodeo were asking where their ladies were??? Needless to say, the Horse people came to the Flea Market and see Alexis and Aileen. So please pass along to them and the rest of the people I have had out here what a WONDERFUL job they have done. I could not have picked a better crew.
